| ANALYSIS | SDS-PAGE shows one diffuse band corresponding to α-1-antichymotrypsin molecular weight of approximately 68kD Protein determination by the method of Lowry and by UV absorption using E 280nm1cm,0.1% = 0.74 Human α-1-antichymotrypsin identity and content is determined by radial immunodiffusion (RID) using internal standard SDS-PAGE of material after incubation with PSA shows a band corresponding to molecular weight of PSA-ACT complex |
