SOURCE Human plasma that has been tested negative for HBsAg, anti-HIV-1/2, anti-HCV, HIV-1 NAT/PCR and HCV NAT/PCR on a single donor basis by FDA approved methods.
PRESENTATION Lyophilised from 0.03M sodium phosphate, pH 7.0,
PRESERVATIVE Lyophilisation buffer contains mg glycine/mg Alpha-2-Macroglobulin.
PURITY ≥ 95% by SDS PAGE. Single band visible at 725kDA in non-reducing conditions. Three distinct bands visible in reducing conditions.
PROTEIN CONCENTRATION Protein concentration measured in mg/ml prior to dispensing as determined by
(E1mg/ml280nm = 0.81)
RECONSTITUTION It is recommended to reconstitute to 1mg/ml with high purity water. Further dilutions should be carried out with the lyophilisation buffer.
STORAGE -20°C
After reconstitution store at -20°C.
