| PURITY | ≥ 95% by SDS PAGE. Single band visible at 725kDA in non-reducing conditions. Three distinct bands visible in reducing conditions. |
| PROTEIN CONCENTRATION | Protein concentration measured in mg/ml prior to dispensing as determined by (E1mg/ml280nm = 0.81) |
| RECONSTITUTION | It is recommended to reconstitute to 1mg/ml with high purity water. Further dilutions should be carried out with the lyophilisation buffer. |
