| PRESERVATIVE | Lyophilised from deionised water. |
| PURITY | ≥ 95% by SDS PAGE. A single band is observed under non-reduced conditions. Three distinct bands are visible at 86kDa, 200kDa and 400kDa, corresponding to the molecular weights of phenotypes 1-1, 2-1 and 2-2 respectively, are seen under reducing conditions. |
| TOTAL PROTEIN | Protein concentration measured in mg/ml prior to dispensing as determined by (E0.1%280nm = 1.20) |
| RECONSTITUTION | It is recommended to centrifuge briefly prior to opening. Reconstitute with deionised water in the provided container. |
