| SOURCE | The Campylobacter jejuni organism (reference ATCC culture number 33291) is cultured in blood agar. Washed harvested organisms are disrupted and detergent extracted followed by partial purification. The resulting antigen consists primarily of an Outer Membrane Protein (OMP) with a molecular weight of approximately 45kD by SDS-PAGE. |
