| RECONSTITUTION | Reconstitute with 0.2ml de-ionised water per mg of protein. If a lower protein concentration is required dilute further with 50mM potassium phosphate, pH 6.8, 100mM KCl, 20mM EACA and 5mM EDTA. Avoid use with sodium reagents as this causes ceruloplasmin to precipitate. | ||||||
| STORAGE | -20ºC. Avoid freeze thaw cycles. Store reconstituted product at +2 to +8°C for 1 to 2 days or -20ºC for long-term storage. |
