>96% of the hemoglobin is HbA1c
ANALYSIS

SDS-PAGE shows bands corresponding to molecular weight of hemoglobin

HbA1c content is analysed quantitatively by FPLC using a Mono S HbA1c column (dispensing solution)

Total protein (hemoglobin) content is confirmed by OD at 415nm (Ex=7)
