SOURCE

Pooled normal human plasma / serum that has been tested negative on a single donor basis for HBsAg, anti-HIV-1/2 and anti-hepatitis C.

PRESENTATION

Lyophilised from 0.02M ammonium bicarbonate (NH₄ HCO₃).

May contain traces of buffer salts.

PURITY

Nominally greater than 96% of the protein is IgG.

IgM & IgA levels (combined)	< 2.0% of the total IgG content by RID

STORAGE

+2 to +8°C. Do not freeze.

RECONSTITUTION

Use of a pH 7 phosphate buffer containing 0·15M NaCl is recommended
