This is approximately half of the molecular weight of SHBG and corresponds to the subunits that make up SHBG Immunological identity is confirmed by Radial Immunodiffusion (RID) Protein determination by the method of Lowry and by UV absorption using E280nm1cm,0.1%= 1.22 SHBG level determined by Roche Elecsys |
